CITY COMMISSION, SANFORD, FLORIDA, December 25, 7:30 P. M. ,1935.
The City-Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in regular session at the City
Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 7:30 o'clock P. M., December 25th, 1938, but duo to
lack of a quorum, immediately adjourned until 7:30 o'clock P. M., December 29th, 1935.

MINUTES OF ADJOURNED MEETING OF THE CITY O CUMISSION AT 7:30 O'CLOCK P. M.9, DECEMBER 299 1935.
The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in adjourned regular session
at the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 7:30 o'clock P. M., December 29, 1938.

Absent: Commissioner W• R. Dupree (Excused on account of sickness).
Meeting called to order by the Chairman.
Reading of minutes deferred.
Mr. G. W. Spencer then appeared in behalf of the Estate of R. J. Reel, re-
questing that the estate be allowed to pay one seventh of the taxes through 1937, and special
assessments, on the adjusted basis, as provided by Ordinance No. 275, without the payment of
the 1935 taxes at the same time, but with the proviso that the 1938 taxes be paid before they
become delinquent, the properties referred to being as follows:
Lots 1 & 2 Block 3 Tier 6
Lot 3 and E. 10 ft. of Lot 4 Block 3 Tier 6
Lots 7 & 5 Block 3 Tier 6
Lots 4 & 5 Block 5 Tier 5
Lots 17 & 15 Druid Park, Amended Plat.
Beg. at N.E. cor. of Lot 43, J. E. Pace's Subdivision of Block C,
Mellonville, run W. 54 ft., S. 135 ft., E. 54 ft., N. 135 ft. to beg.
and after duo consideration request approved as outlined.
Mr. R. C. Whitten next offered to deed to the City Lotel through 12 of
Spurling's Plat of Block 15 Chapman & Tucker's Addition, in exchange for a release of the
City tastes and sp cial assessments against Neaves Subdivision of Block 21 Chapman & Tucker's
Addition, and same was taken under consideration.
Further consideration next given to application of S. D. Highleymen for a
lease to the City owned property facing on Seminole Boulevard and lying between Cloud Branch
and the property of the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company, this property to be used as a
combined cabin and trailer camp.
Thereupon, on motion of Commissioner Lodge which was seconded by Commissioner
Les and duly carried, the Mayor and Clerk were authorized to execute lease with Mr.Highleyman'
client, with the following provisions:
