An Ordinance to-Amend Section 279 of the Revised
Ordinances of the City of Sanford, Florida, :elating to the Penalty
and Costs of Impounding Animals in the City of Danford, Florida, Including
Charges for Assistance in Impounding, and for 1oeed and Attention, and
for Writing and Serving and Posting notices of the Impounding of
Animals.

Section 1: That Section 279 of the Revised ordinances
of the City of Sanford, lorida, be, and the. same is herein,-;, amended
to read as follows:
.section 279: -Penalty anr. costs. The penalty
and costs for impounding shall be as follows:
For horses, mules, asses, and cattle impounding, per izead, Q .
'or assistance in. impounding, per head,¢.
For feed and attention, per head, per day,
r'or making sale, per head,
For swine, impounding, per head,
For assistance in impounding, per head,
For feed and attention, per head, per day, 'no S�•
For making sale, per head, _-W.
For sheep and goats, the penalty and costs shall be one- half
of the amount provided for horses, mules, alIses, and cattle.
For writing and serving any notice provided for in this Chapter
the fee of
shall be charged for each notice.
Section 2: That all ordinances and parts o_L ordinances
in conflict herewith shall be and the sarr_e are hereby repealed.
