I. Call meeting to order and roll call. Introduce John Puder,
new Board member.
II. Consider requests for Certificates of Appropriateness.
A. Lois' Place, Inc. - Install signs.
B. 305 East lst Street - Paint front and sides of building,
change front entrance door to upstairs area.
C. 203 East lst Street - Paint front and two sides of
building, change front entrance to upstairs.
III. Discuss recommendation for historic area signs - Mr. Chuck
Benitez, Vice President First Federal of Seminole.
IV. Approval of minutes.
V. Committee reports.
VI. Board member recommendations /comments.
