1. Consideration of a temporary moratorium for ninety (90) days on the issuance of game mom/arcade/dance hall/indoor
entertainment and other amusement licenses in the City of Sanford in accordance with the Florida Statutes, Charter and
Code of Ordinances of the City of Sanford, pending a study.
2. Other business.
ADVICE TO THE PUBLIC: IF A PERSON DECIDES TO APPEAL A DECISION MADE WITH RESPECT TO ANY
MATTER CONSIDERED AT THE ABOVE MEETING OR HEARING HE MAY NEED A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE
PROCEEDINGS INCLUDING THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE WHICH RECORD IS NOT PROVIDED BY THE

The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Special Meeting on Friday, August 29, 2003, at 4:00
P.M., in the City Manager's Conference Room, 2nd Floor, City Hall, 300 North Park Avenue, Sanford, Florida.
