Meeting called to order by the Chairman~
City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in adjourned session
Florida, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. June 17,1943.
Mayor.
Consideration next given to the matter of aooolnting an advisory committee for the
purpose of advising and assisting the City Commission in the develoOment and construction
of projects under the "Public Projects Fund," in accordance with the ~rovisions of
Resolution No. 6~9, providing for the administration and ume of said fund.
Thereupon after considerable discussion and on motion of Commissioner Lodge , seconded
by Commissioner Gut and carried, the Commission an~ointed the following citizens of
Seminole County to serve as the advisory committee of the "Public Projects Fund."

On motion duly carried, the Commission next authorized the sale to S.O.Shinholser
of Lot 8 and W 1/2 of Lot 9 Block 2 Tier 11, E.R. Trafford's Mag , at a orice of
$1,6~3.25, subject to all unpaid State and County taxes, this Drooerty having been
acquired by the City thru foreclosure of tax liens.
On motion of Commissioner Gut seconded by Commissioner Lodge and carried, the
City Attorney was next instructed to institute foreclosure proceedings against all
properties lying in the area between Second Street and Lake Monroe, and Mellonvllle
Avenue east to City limits, that are tax delinquent for over two years.
There being no further business ~hemeeting adjourned.
