~' ~ The meeting was called to order by the Chairman.
The first item of business was the City Commission reconvening from an adjourned

Thomas, owners of Monroe Motels, Inc., k~own as the Holiday Inn, appeared to object to values
set on city-owned and leased Lot 2 of the lakefront marina property and improvements thereon.
Monroe Motels, Inc., contended the value of $639,910.00 was not equitable based on the terms
of the Lease Agreement between the City and said motel owners, which stated only buildings
placed on the property would be taxed, and further, the actual cost to build the complete
motel was $487,088.00.
The City Commission instructed the City Attorney to meet with Attorney Cleveland,
