Commissioner James H. Crapps
Commissioner Gordon T. Meyer

Commissioner Julian L. stenstrom
City Attorney W. C. Hutchison, Jr.
City Manager W. E. Knowles
City Clerk H. N. Tamm, Jr.
Absent: Police Chief Ben E. Butler
cOmmissioner Roberts moved to waive the reqUirement~Of the twenty-four hours written
notice, and to call the meeting into special sess'ion.~ Seconded-;bY Commissioner Meyer and
carried by the unanimous vot~ of the CommisSion.
Sanford Housing Authority members present were:

Commissioner A. Carraway
Commissioner B. L. Perkins
Executive Director G. Bradley
Andrew Speer, Attorney -
After discussion, Commissioner Roberts moved to authorize the Mayor, City Attorney
and City Manager to attend a meeting of representatives of the Sanford Mousing Authority and
of the Tenants Association with officials of the Housing and Urban Development office'to pre-
sent a request for' aPproximately one million dollars to bring the local projects up to first
class condition and for consideration of assistance toward the annual maintenance of the
projects. Seconded by Commissioner Stenstrom and carried.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
