The City Commission of the City of'.Sanford, Florida, met in special called session at
the City Ball, in the-Cit, y. of;Sanford,.Fl°rida, at 12:15 P.~M. on June~13, 1972.

Commissioner Meyer moved'to waive the, requirement of the twenty, four hours'written
notice and to call the meeting into~special session..~ Seconded by Commissioner-Stenstrom and
carried by the unanimous vote of the Commission. , ·
The City Attorney reported on a letter dated June 12, 1972, submitted by T. W. Blount
Jr., and Son Contracting Company, relative to a contract agreement for reconstruction of Pie~
A of the Sanford Riverport',Marina. After discussion, Commissioner Stenstrom~moved to authorize
the City Manager to notify the aforesaid company that it is considered in default of their
contract;and further, to notify the Bonding Company of said contractor that the City-expects
performance on the contract at the earliest.possible date,
and carried.
