The City Commission of the City:Of Sanford, Florida, met in special session in the
City Hall of the City of Sanford, Florida, at 12:00 noon on September 24, 1974.
Present:
Mayor-Commissioner Lee P. Moore
Commissioner John G. Morris
Commissioner A. A. "Mac" McClanahan
Commissioner Julian L. Stenstrom
Commissioner Gordon T. Meyer
City Attorney C. Vernon Mize, Jr.
City Manager W. E. Knowles
City Clerk H. N. Tatum, Jr.
Absent: Police Chief Ben E. Butler
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman.
Cal Conklin and Paul Porter, Engineers from the firm of Clark, Dietz and Associates,
consultants for the proposed street paving projects, appeared to discuss deletions and varia-
tions to the overall program.
After consideration, the Commission authorized to continue the total program in es-
timated amount of $6,500,000.00.
There being no further business,
the meeting was ad j outed.
