A public hearing was held to consider the annexation of property-in ~adcordance with notice published in the Evening Herald on October 24,31, and November 7, 14 and 21, 1974, NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ANNEXATION Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held at the Com- mission Room in the City~Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 7:00 o'clock P. M. on November 25, 1974, to consider the annexation of property described as follows: Ail that part of the N½ of the SW~ of Section 7, Township 20S, Range 31E, Seminole County, Florida, lying S of Cornwall Rd, E of Atlantic Coast Line Railroad and W of Mellonville Ave. Said property is presently zoned M-iA (Light Industrial) District. and All that part of the N~ of the SW ~ of Section 7, Township 20S, Range 31E, Seminole County, Florida, Less the W 1050.00 ft of the S 766.7 ft thereof lying S of Cornwall Rd, W of Atlantic Coast Line Railroad and N of Atlantic Coast Line Railroad spur. No one appeared in opposition. John Krider, representing Hunt Oil Corporation, appeared in behalf of the proposed annexation. Commissioner Meyer 'moved to authorize the City Attorney to prepare the proper ordi- nance to annex property as described in the foregoing notice of public hearing. Seconded by Commissioner Morris and carried.
