The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Special Session in the
City Hall of the City of Sanford, Florida, at 12:00 o'clock Noon on June 3, 1975.
Present: Mayor-Commissioner Lee P. Moore
Commissioner John G. Morris
Commissioner A. A. "Mac" McClanahan
~ Commissioner Julian L. Stenstrom
Commissioner Gordon T. Meyer
City Manager W. E. Knowles
City Clerk H. N. Tamm, Jr.
Absent: City Attorney C. Vernon Mize, Jr.
Police Chief Ben~E. Butler
The Chairman announced the'meeting was called to :receive recommendations from the
Insurance Committee, composed of 'members present as follows:
R. Karns, Chairman
Tony Russi
Walter Carpenter
R. Crumley
Alex McKibbin
Recommended coverages were as follows:
a. False arrest coverage, etc., estimated premium: $4,027.
b. Errors and Ommissions, wrongful acts, directors
liability, type $2.,500 deductable, estimated
premium: $3,824.
c. Liability extended coverage to $1,000,000., esti-
mated premium including streets and alleys:
estimated premium without streets and alleys:
$8,000.

After discussion, same was taken under consideration.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
