The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, 'met in Special Session in
the City Hall of the City of Sanford, Florida, at 12:00 o'clock Noon on June 5, 1975.
present: Mayor-Commissioner Lee P. Moore
Commissioner John G. Morris
Commissioner A. A. McClanahan
Commissioner Gordon T. Meyer
Commissioner Julian L. Stenstrom
City Attorney C. Vernon Mize, Jr.
City Manager W. E. ~owles
City Clerk H. N. Tatum, Jr.
Absent: Police Chief Ben E. Butler
The Chairman announced the purpose of the~meeting was to receive reports fro'm the
City Hall Review Committee of architects, as follows:
John Dragash Carl Gutman
Jim Melvin Eoghan Kelley
Jim Melvin submitted an estimate of $674,000.00 to renovate and enlarge the struc-
ture to 29,800 square feet and to meet building codes. Cost did not include elevators, inter-
ior furnishing and furniture, paving, landscaping nor professional services.
After considerable discussion, the 'meeting was adjourned.
