The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Special Session in
the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 1:30 P. M. on May 25, 1976.
Present:
Mayor-Commissioner Lee P. Moore
Commissioner John G. Morris
Commissioner A. A. McClanahan
Commissioner Julian L. Stenstrom
City Attorney C. Vernon Mize, Jr.
City Manager W. E. Knowles
City Clerk H. N. Tamm, Jr.
Absent:
Commissioner Gordon T. Meyer
Police Chief Ben E. Butler
The meeting was called to order by. the Chairman.
The Chairman announced that the purpose of the ~meeting was to consider presenta-
tions by architects to establish priority ratings for negotiations for a contract for con-
struction of a new City Hall.
Presentations were 'made by firms as follows:
Gutman, Dragash Associates, jointly with Eoghan Newman Kelly, Sanford.
Paul Robin John, Mt. Dora, jointly with Bertram S. Warshaw and Associates, Inc.,
Daytona Beach and Miami.
Schweizer Associates, Winter Park.
Watson and Company, Orlando and Tampa.
The Chairman announced that the Commission would meet at 10:00 o'clock A. M. on
June 1, 1976 to establish priority ratings, and the firms would be notified of the results.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
