MIDSTATE LEGAL SUPPLY COMPANY
The City Commission~of.the City ~of Sanford,~Flor:ida,' met in Special Session in
the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 1:30 o'clock P. M. on July 23, 1976.

The meeting was called to order by the Chairman.
The first item of business was consideration of the proposed budget for the Fiscal
Year 1976-1977, as submitted by the City Manager.
The City Manager reported a complaint about the condition of the wooden walkways
on the public ramp at the Marina, resUlting in injuries to a young boy, and further, that
the payments on the lease of said Marina were delinquent. The Commission authorized the
City Attorney to direct a letter to the lessee of the Marina setting forth these violations
of the lease.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
