MIDSTATE LEGAL SUPPLY COMPANY
The City Commission~of the Ci. ty of Sanford, Florida, met in Special Session at the
Holiday Inn Restaurant in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 12:00 o'clock~Noon on February 14,
1978.
Present:
Mayor-Commissioner Lee P. Moore
Commissioner John G. Morris
Commissioner Julian L. Stenstrom
Commissioner A. A. McClanahan
Commissioner Eddie O. Keith
City Clerk H. N. Tamm, Jr.
Absent:
City Attorney C. Vernon Mize, Jr.
City Manager W. E. Knowles
Harold Hartsock and Roger Bowen, representing the firm of Fitzpatrick and Hartsock,
C.P.A., reviewed and discussed the annual audit of the financial records of the City for the
fiscal year ended September 30, 1977.
Commissioner Morris moved to accept the audit as submitted.
Seconded by Commissioner
Keith and carried.
Consideration next given to hours of sale of alcoholic beverages, and the City
Attorney was authorized to prepare the proper ordinance to permit sale of same during the
regular business hours of the store Monday through Saturday, and between the hours of 1:00
P. M. and 11:30 P. M. on Sunday.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
