The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Special Session in the
City Hall in the City' of. Sanford, Florida, at 7:00~o'clock P. M. on July 21, 1978.
Present: Mayor-Commissioner Lee P. Moore
COmmissioner John G. Morris
Commissioner Julian L. Stenstrom
Commissioner A. A. McClanahan
Commissioner Eddie O. Keith
City Manager W. E. Knowles
City Clerk H. N. Tamm,. Jr.
Absent: City Attorney C..Vernon Mize, Jr.
The Commission considered the 1978-79 budget as presented by the City Manager.
The City Manager .reported that the increase -in the salary account in the Civil
Service Division is due to the change from 22~ hours to 30 hours per week for the Secretary
to the Civil Service Board. The Commission approved same.
._ The City Manager was authorized to work out a plan to use trucks from the Animal
Control Division in other divisions.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjour.ned.
