The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Special Session in the Comm
siou Conference Room in the City Hall in.the City of Sanford, Florida, at 12:00 o'clock Noon
on March 6, 1979.
Present:
Mayor-Commissioner Lee P. Moore
Commissioner John G. Morris
Commissioner Julian L. Stenstrom
Commissioner David T. Fart
Commissioner Eddie O. Keith
City Attorney C. Vernon Mize, Jr.
City Manager W. E. Knowles
City Clerk H. N. Tamm, Jr.
Mr. John Fitzpatrick, Mr. Harold Hartsock and Mr. Roger Bowen, representing the
firm of Fitzpatrick and Hartsock, C.P.A., reviewed and discussed the annual audit of the
financial records of the City for the fiscal year ended September 30, 1978.
The Commission accepted the audit as submitted.
There being no further business, the meeting was
