MIDSTATE LEGAL SUPPLY COMPANY
The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in special Session in
the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 4:00 o'clock P. M. on July 16, 1979.
Present: Mayor-Commissioner Lee P. Moore
Commissioner John G. Morris
Commissioner Julian L. Stenstrom
Commissioner David T. Fart
Commissioner Edwin O. Keith
City Manager W. E. Knowles
City Clerk H. N. Tamm, Jr.
Absent: City Attorney C Vernon Mize, Jr.
The meeting was 'called to order by the Chairman.
Engineers and representatives from the Greater ~Sanfo'rd DeVelopment Corporation
