The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Special Session in
the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 4:00 o'clock P. M. on July 30, 1979.

The meeting was Called to order by the Chairman.~-'
The City Commission continued'the' cons:i:derati~n or'the? 79-80 budget as presented
by the City Manager.
CommiSsioner Fart moved to authorize the'City Manager'and the FinanceDirector
to restrain budget expenditures for the'balance of the current fiscal year.' 'Seconded by
Commissioner Stenstrom and carried.
There being no further business, the meeting'was' adjourned.
