SECTION L. That Ordinance No. 362 of the City of
Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted on the 26th day of
December, 1944, and entitled "An ordinance establishing a zon-
ing plan within the City of 3anford, creating nine (9) districts,
regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings,
structures, land and water for trade, industry, residence or
other purposes, the height and size of structures, and size of
open spaces for light and ventilation; adopting a map of said
districts; defining terms used; providing for the adjustment,
enforcement and amendment thereof; and prescribing penalties
for violation~" be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
The property zoned in District R-l (one single family
district) described as Lots 40, 41, 42, 43, 44 and 45 of First
Addition to Pinehurst as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
5, page 79, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, located
at the Southwest intersection of French Avenue and 18th Street,
is hereby transferred to District C-l (retail commercial).
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.

SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become
effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
