AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA
PRESCRIBING FEES TO BE PAID FOR BUILDING
PERlnTS FC'R THE :5'RECTION, ALTERATION, OR
REPAIR OF ANY BUILDING OR STRUOTURE IN THE
CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA.
BE IT EnACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE r-ITY OF SAN:B'OHD, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the fep to be charged for building
permits for the erection, alteration or reyair of any building
or 8tructur~ in thp City of Sanford, Florida shall be as follows:
For the erection, alteration or re~air of
any buildin~ or structure castin~ $250.00
or less .50
Costing $250.00 to ;[500.00,
Costing- $500.00 to $750.00
Costing $750.00 to $1,000.00

For ~ach additmonal ~l,OOO.Oo cost or
fractinn thereof $2.00 per thousand.
Provided, howev~r, that the fee for the erection,
alteration or repair of any buildin~ or structure by any or~ani-
zation, incorporated or unincorporat~d whose property is exempt
from taxation, shall be in accordance With the above sch~dule but
shall not exceed the sum of $15.00
for any permit.
Section 2. That all ordinances or Darts of o-rdlnances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby rppealed.
Section:3. That this ordinance shall become effective
ly
i~~ediate/upon its pasr-age and adoption.
