SECTION 15: That each provision in this Ordinance
contJ.ir..ed and each license tax by this OrdinEncE' im:90sed. is
intendE'd to be separe.te 2,nc. independent, and. said. license taxes
are intended to be construed distributively and that if any
section or any part of the section shall be held or declared
unconstitutional or invalid, it shall not affect any other
section or part of a section not so specifically held or aeclared
to be unconsti tutiona.l or invalid. Ann if this Ordinance or any
urovision hereof she.ll be held inapplicable to any person,

SECTION 16: That all ordinances heretofore enacted
prescribing license taxes generally, be and the same are hereby
repealed, but nothing her'ein cont.?ined sh21l be construed to
repeal any separate ordinance or ordinances prescribing a license
te.x for a particular OCCu~)2"tion, business or profession, and such

force and effect.
