Profit Of Any Coin- Opera ted Game, Amusement Or Recrl?atic;nal Devlce , Contrivance Or F;c.cili ty, Except Phonographs, Autoraa tic Pianos, :Music Boxes And Other Musical Instrumentp, And For Each Place af Business At Which Operated: Pr~scrlbirg The Amount Of Such License And A Penalty For The Violation Of ThiH Ordinance.1I be and the same is hereby amended so as to rpad as follows: Section 1: That every yerpon, fi~n or corporation, who operates in the City of Sanford, F1oric'la, fOl' profit any coin-operated game, amusement or recreational device, contrivance or facility, except phonographs) automatic pianos, music boxes and other musical instruments, shall obtain a license from and pay to said City on the first days of July, October, January and April of each year, beginning April 1, 1947, or for any part of said quarterly periods, a license tax of $25.00 on each coin-operated, game, amusenent or recrpatio~al device, contrivance or facility, but this Sec~ion shall not be construed to authorize the use of a coin-operated machine or device for gambling or as a game of cho,nce. Section 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinancee in conflict here'\'7i th, bF ano the samF are hereby re .pealed. Section J.
