of said Block 13; thence run East for 35.00 feet; thence run South
and parallel with said Westerly line of Block 13, to the Southerly
line of said Block 13; thence run Westerly along said South line,
35.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; (LESS Road R/W).
for public utility purposes, including specifically potable and
.reclaimed water lines, and storm and sanitary sewers, and for the
installation, inspection, servicing, repair, maintenance, and
replacement of all utilities now existing or hereafter to exist on
said property, such easement including the right of free ingress
and egress over and across said property for any of the purposes
aforesaid.
