GRANT OF EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made this 16th day of July ,
A.D. 19 91, between Sanford Landing Apartments, Ltd.
of the County of ~..~-/~,,,,x,-:~.c~-- , and State of Florida ~
part,~ of the first part, and CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, a
municipal corporation, situate in Seminole County, Florida, party
of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That part/~.s- of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable
consideration to /-~,~e in hand paid by party of the second part,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, ha vc granted and conveyed,
and by these presents do__ grant and convey to party of the second
part, its successors, assigns, and licensees, a two year
construction easement under, upon, and across the property situate
in Seminole County, Florida, more particularly describes as:
20' PERMANENT UTILITY EASEMENT
The South 20.00 feet of the East 1/2; AND 1/2 vacated streets
on the North and East (less road) Block 2, Tier 21, FLORIDA LAND
AND COLONIZATIONS COMPANY LIMITED MAP OF ST. GERTRUDE ADDITION TO
THE TOWN OF SANFORD, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 1, Page 113, of the Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida, lying North of State Road 46.

for utility purposes, including specifically reclaimed water
distribution system and sanitary sewers, and for the installation,
inspection, servicing, repair, maintenance, and replacement of all
utilities now existing or hereafter to exist on said property, such
easement including the right of free ingress and egress over and
across said property for any of the purposes aforesaid. The City
of Sanford shall be responsible for the restoration of property to
a condition equal to or better than prior condition following any
of the aforementioned activities by City of Sanford. This
construction easement shall run for a period of two (2) years from
the date of this easement. Also, conditional with Attachment "A".

City will be responsible for all costs of reinstalling t~ ~ oR
entrance sign, or if not able to satisfactorily reinstall __ ~
subject to owner's reasonable approval, then City shall ~ ~
obligated to replace entrance sign with one of equal size a~d ~

The granting of these easements are cont±ngent on the fa~t: -- -:~
that Both entrance lanes to Sanford Banding ~partments ale -- :~
never blocked at the same time. ,~o
Concerning the easement work to be completed, the total amount
of construction and restoration time shall not exceed 45 to 60
days once construction begins.
