THIS INDENTURE, made this 6th day of February ~

situate in Seminole County, ~lorida, party of the second part~ cD
WITNESSETH, that party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable
consideration to it in hand paid by party of the second
part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted and
conveyed, and by these presents does grant and convey to party of
the second part, its successors, assigns, and licensees, a
perpetual easement under, upon, and across the property situate in
Sanford, Seminole County, Florida, more particularly described as:
Ail street rights-of-way of Mayfair Villas Subdivision as
recorded in the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida in
Plat Book 22, Page 10.
for utility purposes, specifically reclaimed water distribution
system, and for the installation, inspection, servicing, repair,
maintenance, and replacement of that utility, such easement
including the right of free ingress and egress over and across said
property for the purpose aforesaid. The City of Sanford shall be
responsible for the restora%ion of property to a condition equal to
or better than prior condition following any of the aforementioned
activities by City of Sanford.
