THIS UTILITY EASEMENT is made and entered into this ~-- day
of ~, 1994, by and between WEB PROPERTIES, INC., a
Florida corporation, whose post office address is P.O. Box
915182, Longwood, Florida 32791, hereinafter called "Grantor", to
CITY OF SANFORD UTILITY DEPARTMENT, whose post office address is
Post Office Box 1788, Sanford, Florida 32772-1788, hereinafter
referred to as "Grantee".
W I TNES SETH:
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00)
and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, GRANTOR does hereby grant and convey to
the GRANTEE and its successors and assigns, a perpetual
nonexclusive right-of-way and easement for utility purposes, with
full authority to enter upon, excavate, install, construct and
maintain, as the GRANTEE and its successors and assigns may deem
necessary, all sewer mains and lines and other facilities of the
sewage collection system of the GRANTEE, upon, over, across and
through the following described real property, to-wit:
See Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said right of way and easement unto s~d
GRANTEE and its successors and assigns forever.
TOGETHER with the right of ingress and egress to, over and~
from the real property described in attached Exhibit "A" to the~
extent necessary to lay, maintain, operate, repair and remove
said sewer lines and collection system.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the GRANTOR has hereunto set its hand
and seal the day and year first above written.
