16. First reading of Ordinance No. 3004, re: designating St.
James AME Church as "historic landmark." Information attached
from Historic Preservation Board.
17. Consideration of request to declare two (2) old, non-working
diesel generators surplus property and donate to Florida
Flywheel Antique Engine Club for them to restore and exhibit.
Information attached from Utility Director.
Recommend the equipment be declared surplus and donated to
Florida Flywheel Antique Engine Club for them to restore and
exhibit.
18. Recommendations from Planning and Zoning Commission, Meeting

Item No.1: NEEDS ACTION--approval or denial of request for
package sale of Beer and Wine at 2114 French Avenue.
19. Consideration of request for Interlocal Agreement to transfer
the portion of Narcissus Avenue between Rand Yard Road and Old
Monroe Road from Seminole County to City of Sanford
jurisdiction.
Information attached from Director Engineering and Planning.
Recommend authorization for Mayor and City Clerk to execute
said Agreement, contingent on receipt and approval of
interlocal agreements for Rand Yard Road and the new road
right-of-way along the drainage canal.
20. Consideration of contract and contract amendment: Information
attached from Director of Engineering and Planning.
A. Contract with Ardaman and Associates in amount of
$3,550.00 for Quarterly Monitoring of Groundwater Wells
for Reclaimed Water Reuse System at Mayfair Golf Course.
Recommend acceptance of the Ardaman proposal to provide
groundwater monitoring for a one-year period.
B. Amendment to Conklin, Porter & Holmes Agreement for
design of additional Reclaimed Water Lines along Celery
Avenue to Site 10.
Recommend approval of additional design fee in amount of
$48,025.00 for Celery Avenue/Cameron Avenue reclaimed
water pipeline.
