Regular Meeting
(Public Hearing regarding the transmittal of the 1991 Revised
Comprehensive Plan to Florida Department of Community
Affairs.) Need to announce that City intends to advertise and
hold second public hearing in September, 1991, which will be
held to consider the adoption of the 1991 Revised
Comprehensive Plan.

First Amendment of 1991 to Comprehensive Land Use Plan.

dated February 26, 1991, from Willie Edge in amount of
$962.50. At Regular Meeting of January 14, 1991, City
Commission authorized the sale of said property at the
appraised value of $875.00 plus appraisal fees of $87.50
(total $962.50).
City Manager recommends authorization to execute said Contract
with Willie Edge in amount of $962.50. i

System, and adoption of proper ordinance for same.

City Manager recommends authorization to regrade Special
Handicapped Custodial Workers from Level 01-03 to 01-06, with
wage increase from $3.80 per hour to $4.25 per hour, effective
April 1, 1991, to meet Federal requirements.
(Drug Screening Contract with Roche Biochemical Laboratories
for FY 91/92.) ,

City Manager recommends' authorization to renew said Drug
Screening Contract for FY 91/92 with Roche Biochemical
Laboratories in amount of $26.00 per screening, to include
GCMS Confirmation at no additional charge.
(Hepatitis "B" Inoculations.)

City Manager recommends approval to provide Hepatitis "B"
vaccinations for all Police and Fire personnel, said
vaccinations to be performed by Seminole County Health
Department; with FY 90/91 funds in amount of $20,672.00 to be
transferred from General Fund Reserves, and FY 91/92 funds in
amount of $1,700.00 to be included in FY 91/92 Police and
Fire Department budgets for continued implementation.

City Manager recommends authorization to obtain Utility Rate
Analysis Study as an Additional Service under Continuing
Engineering Services Agreement with Conklin, Porter and
Holmes; said Utility Rate Analysis Study in amount up to
$1~000.00, to be funded by remaining validated, but unsold
bonds plus possible short term financing.
