UTILITY EASEMENT
THIS UTILITY EASEMENT is made and entered into this -~5-~ day of
Cc)-~/,~ , 19~J . by and between CITY OF SANFORD, a Florida municipal
corporation, whose address is Post Office Box 1778, Florida 32772-17781, hereinafter
referred to as the GRANTOR, and SEMINOLE COUNTY, a political subdivision of the
State of Florida, whose address is Seminole County Services Building, 1101 East
First Street, Sanford, Florida 32771, hereinafter referred to as the GRANTEE.

FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF the sum of ONE AND NO/1OO DOLLAR
($1.O9) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, GRANTOR does hereby grant and convey to the GRANTEE and its
assigns, an exclusive easement and right-of-way for utility purposes, with full
authority to enter upon, excavate, construct and maintain, as the GRANTEE and its
assigns may deem necessary, electrical poles, telephone poles, wires, guy wires and
appurtenances, water pipes, sewer pipes, gas pipes and mares, and any other utility
facilities over, under, upon and through the following-described lands situate in
the County of Seminole. State of Florida, to-wit:
That part of:
Begin at the Northeast corner of the Southwest quarter of
Section 32. Township 19 South, Range 30 East. run West 5
chains, South 24 chains, East 5 chains, North 24 chains to
beginning, as recorded in Official Records Book 1797, Page
0493, of the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida.
Being more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Southwest corner o1' the Northeast quarter of
Section 32, Township 19 South, Range 39 East, thence South
99c93'58'' West, 18.83 feet to a point on the proposed
Northerly right-of-way line of Rinehart Road (149 feet right-
of-way), thence along said Northerly right-of-way line South
69°11'37" West, 26.75 feet, thence departing said Northerly
right-of-way line North 99o03'29" East, 28.17 feet, thence
North 89037'54'' East 25.99 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Containing 587 square feet, more or less.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said easement and right-of-way unto said
GRANTEE and its assigns forever.
THE GRANTEE and its assigns shall have the right to clear, keep clear
and remove from said right-of-way all trees, undergrowth, and other obstructions
that may interfere with location, excavation or maintenance of the utilities or any
facilities installed thereon by the GRANTEE and its assigns, and the GRANTOR. its
successors and assigns, agree not to build, construct or create, or permit others
to build, construct or create any buildings or other structures on the said right-
of-way that may interfere with the location, excavation, operation or maintenance
of the utilities, or any facilities installed thereon.
GRANTOR does hereby covenant with the GRANTEE, that it is lawfully
seized and possessed of the real estate above described, that it has a good and
lawful right to convey the said easement and that it is free from all encumbrances.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the GRANTOR has hereunto set its hand and seal,
the day and year first above written.
