double faced sign at the Sanford Airport, and a single faced sign at East SR 46 and Summerlin Avenue; and that Staff

Commissioner Jones requested a status report regarding the property at Hwy. 17-92 and 20th Street where the
car jumped the curb and went through the building. Mayor Kuhn requested that the report be provided to all of the
Commission.
Commissioner Woodruff requested that the Commission revisit the ordinance regarding chronic nuisance
premises pertaining to rental property and the requirement to have a registered agent; he doesn't think it has ever been
implemented. Also, the Commission might want to revisit other ideas on rental property, including the possibility of requiring
rental property owners to have a business license, in order to get a handle on some of the problems that arise from rental
properties.
