CR46A to Rinehart Road, then north and east on Rinehart Road to SR417, then east and south on SR417 to CR46A in District
4, with property generally west and north in District 2, and with remaining properties annexed since the 2000 Census in the

D) White Cedar-Church, LLC/City of Sanford Joint Facilitation of Public Infrastructure Agreement
pertaining to a portion of North White Cedar Road and Church Street: request from Sid Vihlen, Jr., for
a six month extension.
Vice Mayor Dr. Williams moved to authorize a six month extension of the White Cedar-Church, LLC/City of
Sanford Joint Facilitation of Public Infrastructure Agreement. Seconded by Commissioner Woodruff.
Vice Mayor Dr. Williams moved to amend the motion to include a stipulation that the City of Sanford will work
with Seminole County to have a traffic light installed at the intersection ofC 15 and Church Street. Seconded by Commissioner
Woodruff and carried by vote of the Commission as follows:

Commission as follows:

The City Commission heard input from Mary Greenewell, Toni Geesebark, Jay Eastbrook, and from Police
