THIS INDENTURE, made this 25th day of August
A.D. 1989, between Zenepha Calhoun , of the
County of Seminole, and State of Florida, party of the first part,
and CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, situate in
Seminole County, Florida, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable
consideration to him in hand paid by party of the
second part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted
and conveyed, and by these presents does grant and convey to party
of the second part, its successors, assigns and licensees, a
perpetual easement under, upon, and across the property situate in
Sanford, Seminole County, Florida, more particularly described as:
Begin 17.00 feet from the Southwesterly corner of Lot 19, A.D.
Chappell's Plat of Block G, K, and I of the Town of Goldsboro
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page
71, as recorded in the Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida; thence run Easterly 30.310 feet long the Northerly
Right-of-Way of 14th Street; thence Southerly 25.00 feet;
thence run Easterly 11.88 Feet; thence run N.5°00'02"W. 88.788
feet; thence run N.32°00'19"E. 19.518 feet to a point on the
North Lot line of said Lot 19; thence run Westerly 11.792 feet
along said Lot line to the Northwesterly corner of said Lot
19; thence run S.32°00'19"W. along the Westerly Lot line of
said Lot 19 a distance of 66.~204 feet; thence run
S.5°00'02"E., 23.951 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said
parcel contains .056 Ac. more or less.
for public utility purposes, including specifically storm sewers
and drainage ways, and for the installation, inspection, servicing,
repair, maintenance, and replacement of all such utilities now
existing or hereafter to exist on said property, such easement
including the right of free ingress and egress over and across said
property for any of the purposes aforesaid.
