THIS INDENTURE, made this 15 day of October
A.D. 19 89 , between Westview Baptist Church of Sanfozxt, Inc.
of the County of SEMINOLE· and State of FLORIDA, party of t~
first part, and CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, a municipal
corporation, situated in Seminole County· Florida, party of the
second part;

WITNESSETH, That par~ of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of one dollar and other valuable
consideration to have in hand paid by party of the second part,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, and
conveyed, and by these presents does grant and convey to party
of the second part, it is successors, assigns, and licensees, a
perpetual easement under, upon, and across the property situated
in Sanford, Seminole County, Florida, more particularly described
as: %he East 4 chains of the West 341/2 chains of the South 12 1/2 chains of
the Southwest 1/4 of Section 33, Township 19 South, Range 30 East, Seminole
County, Fla. The middle line of tho easement shall begin at a point 45.73
feet from the north point of the western lot line and run to a point 34.37
feet from the west point of the northern lot line. This easement shall be
a width of 7 feet on either side of the middle line of the easement.
for utility purposes· including specifically sanitary sewer, and
fo= the installation, inspection, servicing, repair·
maintenance, and replacement of all utilities now existing or
hereafter to exist on said property, such easement including the
right of free ingress and egress over and across said property
for any of the purposes aforesaid,
