The meeting was called to order at 11:35 a.m. by the Chairman,
B.L. Perkins.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 1908 W. 13th Street
Legal Description: W 68 FEET of LOT 38 Robinson Survey
Zoning Classification: GC -2
Setback Requirements: Front Yard : 25 feet
Variance Needed: Front Yard: 4'3"
The planned use of the property is to erect a carport to a single
family residence.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.
