D) Renewal of Aquatic Supervisor Contract in annual amount of $51,864.22.
E) Pine Avenue Water Main Construction - award bid to CWB Contractors in amount of $74,975 pending submittal
of all required insurance and bonds.
F) Infrastructure Rehabilitation Bid - award bid to the various low bidders in total amount not to exceed $816,864
over a two year period.

Doreen Freeman submitted a copy of ofthe 2003 agreement between the City and St neor regarding public
use of parking spaces on the east side of Avenue, and questioned the recently erected tow away zone signs at parking
spaces on the west side of Hall_ Mayor Kuhn said that Staff researched the issue and those parking spaces are on private
property_
