Police Chief Tooley Address CAB — Advised CAB of the upcoming patrol schedule reorganization in February. Currently, officers are scheduled half on days and half on nights. The new schedule will consist of shifts from 6am -6pm, 12pm -12am, 3pm -3am, and 6pm -6am with lieutenants being assigned permanently to shifts and sergeants are selecting their preferred shift. The program is a most definite asset to the police department, citizens, and the community. —The PD's '62 Chevy is on the road and was part of the Christmas parade. Research showed the police light in patrol cars in 1962 were on the dashboard, not on top of the car. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:00 pm.
