The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following letters of

Gentlemen,
I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting variance to the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to side
yard setback requirements in SR -1 zoned district.
Legal description Lot 15, Block A, Woodmere Park, 2nd replat
Property location 703 Mattie St.
The planned use of the property is Patio cover.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Ms. Shaver was present to represent the request and from the drawing
she submitted, the plans require a 22 ft. variance.Mr. White moved
to approve the variance with the stipulation that a letter be sub-
mitted from the neighbor stating no objection to the variance.
Mr. Philips seconded. Motion carried.

lot width requirements in SR -1A zoned district.
Legal description Lot 24 (less W. 5 ft) and all of Lot 25 and
Lot 26 (less E. 25 ft.) Block 6, San Lanta.
Property location North side Plumosa Drive.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Parkins was present to represent the request. He explained that
he was requesting a variance from the 25 ft. requirement, and would

be dividing the property into two lots, each lot being 67.5 ft.
411 After discussion, Mr. White moved to approve the variance, providing
that no future additional variance is requested on this property.
Mr. Philips seconded. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
