Philips Larry Blair Robert Karns Members Absent: Garnett White he meeting was opened by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins. The first item for consideration wasthe following letter: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to rear yard setback require- ments in SR -1AA Zoned District. • Legal description, Lot 3, Blk C, Idyllwilde, Section 6 Property location 104 Maplewood Drive. The planned use of the property is Patio cover. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Robert Tampack, Owner Mr. Tampack was present to represent the request and it was determined that a 9' variance would be required for the building plan for the patio cover. Mr. Blair moved to grant the variance. Mr. Karns seconded. Motion carried. Page 2 Mr. Navarro was present to represent the request and was asked to draw the • proposed addition, showing the location and dimensions. He drew the plan and it was determined that a 7' variance was needed for the addition. After discussion, Mr. Karns moved to grant the variance. Mr. Philips seconded. Motion carried.
