The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following request:

City Hall
Sanford, Florida
Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to side yard setback require-
ments in SR -1 Zoned District.
Legal description : S. 66' of E. 150' of Lot 9 & N. 12' of E. 150' of Lot
10, Druid Park, amended plat.
• Property location 2806 French Ave.
The planned use of the property is utility building and work shop.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.
Signed: Larry C. Pate - Owner
Mr. Pate was present to represent the request and presented a letter from the
neighbor at 2808 Sanford, saying they had no objection to the variance.
It was determined a variance of 2' 4" was needed for the planned building.
Mr. Karns moved to grant the variance. Mr. Philips seconded. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
