Tht Board of Adjustment met in a special meeting to consider the following
request:
Board of Adjustmane
City Hall
Sanford, FL
Gentlemen,
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to front and rear yard setback
• requirements in MR -2 Zoned Districtl
Legal description S. 68.8' of Blk 19, Chapman & Tucker Addition to Sanford,
PB 1, Pg 24
Property location N. of NE corner of E. 5th St. and Pine Ave.
The planned use of the property is single family residence.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Herbert Cherry was present to reqresent the request and it was determined that
a variance of 5' was needed for the front yard and 14' rear yard in order to build
the single family residence.
After discussion, Mr. White moved to grant the request. Mr. Karns seconded. Motion
carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
