The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following request.

Gentlemen,
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to front yard setback require-
ments in GC -2 Zoned District.
Legal description Lot 8 & SZ of alley adjacent on N + Lots 9 & 10, Block
• 12, Tr 8, Town of Sanford PB 1, Pg 57
Property location 1011 French Ave.
The planned use of the property is addition to commercial building.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

After discussion , it was noted that a 10' variance was needed for the
planned addition. Mr. Karns moved to grant the variance. Mr. Blair seconded.
Motion carried.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
