The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following request.

Sanford, Florida
Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to front yard setback re-
quirements in SR-1A Zoned District.
Legal description, Lot 5, Block F, Markham Park Heights
Property location 314 E. 18th St.
• The planned use of the property is addition to porch.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

After discussion, Mr. White moved to grant the 6' variance needed. Mr. Karns
seconded. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
