The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following request:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to side and rear yard setback
requirements in GC -2 Zoned District.
Legal description Lots 1 -3 and E. 33' of Lots 9 & 10 and E. 33' of Lot 8, lying,
scuth of Railroad R.O.W., Blk 7, Tir 10, E.R. Trafford's.
Property location 520 Maple Ave.
The planned use of the property is open storage shed.
• Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Robert Gregory, Sr. was present to repreEent the request. After discussion
it was determined that ire order to bring the addition in line with the other
buildings, an 8 ft. variance was needed on the side and 15 ft. in the rear.
Mr. Blair moved to grant the request. Mr. Karns seconded. Motion ca rried.
