I am submitting the following information for your consideration in
requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to front yard set-
back requirements in SR -1 Zoned District.
Legal description Lot 22 and W. 18' of Lot 23, Blk 2, Bel Air.
Property location 1208 Crescent St.

The planned use of the property is screen porch.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

After discussion Mr. White moved to grant the 2' variance needed. Mr. Karns
seconded. Motion carried.
