The following letter was submitted: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to front yard set- back requirements in SR -1 Zoned District. Legal description Lot 22 and W. 18' of Lot 23, Blk 2, Bel Air. Property location 1208 Crescent St. • The planned use of the property is screen porch. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Bernice L. Bose -Owner After discussion Mr. White moved to grant the 2' variance needed. Mr. Karns seconded. Motion carried.
