The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following request:

Gentlemen,
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in
requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to front yard
setback requirements in MR -1 Zoned District.
Legal description Lot 13, Wellington Addition.
• Property location east side Park Ave. between 14th St. and railroad tracks.
The planned use of the property is Single family residence.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Butcher was present to represent the request and it was determined
he needed a 6' variance to meet setback requirements. Mr. Karns moved to
grant the variance. Mr. Blair seconded. Motion carried.

and explain the need for the variance. It was determined that in order to meet

• the front yard setback requirement, a 12 ft. variance was needed at the back.
After discussion, Mr. White moved to grant the variance. Mr. Karns seconded.
Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
