The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following request.

Sanford, Florida
Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to
side yard setback requirements in SR -1 Zoned District.
Legal description, N2 Lot 42 & S. 64.26' Lot 43, Phillips Terrace.
• Property location 2419 Yale Ave.
The planned use of the property is to add fireplace to S/F residence.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Weldon was present to represent the request, and it was de-
termined that a 22' variance was needed for the planned fireplace.
After discussion, Mr. White moved to grant the variance. Mr. Karns
seconded. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
