411 residence. Any consideration given this request will be
appreciated.
Signed: Eddie L. Jackson, Owner
Mr. Jackson was present to represent the request. Although the
request was for a 14' variance, discussion regarding the easement
showed the plan to be too close to the easement and Mr. Jackson
said he could 1±ve with a lesser variance. Mr. Blair moved to
grant a 13' variance to allow a 14' addition with the stipulation
that a sightproof fence be erected now or at the time the property
is developed adjacent to the addition. Mr. Karns seconded.
Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
