Philips Garnett White Others Present: Bill Braceland, Building Official The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following request: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, Florida Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to • Front yard setback requirements in SR -1 Zoned District. Legal description Lot 7, Blk B, Unit 2, Country Club Manor. Property location 106 Mayrose Dr., Sanford, FL The planned use of the property is addition to S/F residence. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Mr. & Mrs. Robert L.Stewart Owner .1Ir. B. E. Link was present to represent the owners and the re- quest. A 11 ft. variance was needed to build in line with the present structure. After discussion Mr. Blair moved to grant the variance. Mr. Karns seconded. Motion carried. Legal description Lot 94, Academy Manor, Unit I. Property location 161 Bethune Circle. Jackson, Owner Mr. Jackson was present to represent the request. Although the request was for a 14' variance, discussion regarding the easement showed the plan to be too close to the easement and Mr. Jackson said he could 1±ve with a lesser variance. Mr. Blair moved to grant a 13' variance to allow a 14' addition with the stipulation that a sightproof fence be erected now or at the time the property is developed adjacent to the addition.
