The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following request.

Gentlemen,
I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to
• side yard setback requirements in MR -1 Zoned District.
Legal description Lots 16 & 17, Sanford Heights, PB 2, Pg 63.
Property location 1610 Park Ave.
The planned use of the property is addition of Laundry - Utility
room.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Bordenkircher was present and said the owner- of the adjacent
property has no objection to the addition and agreed to gutter the
addition in order to keep all water on the property. Mr. Blair
moved to grant the variance of 4.3 ft. needed to bring the addition
in line with the existing structure. Mr. White seconded. Motion
carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
