Philips Larry Blair Garnett White Members Absent: Robert Karns Others Present: Bill Braceland, Building Official The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following request: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, Florida Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to front setback and lot coverage requirements in RI -1 zoned district. S Legal description, all of Blk 7, Tr 14, Town of Sanford, Florida Land and Colonization Co. map of the St. Gertrude Addition, ac- cording to the plat thereof as recorded in PB 1, Pp 112 & 113 of the Public Records of Seminole County, FL Property location 540 Pecan Ave. Sanford, Florida. The planned use of the property is light manufacturing. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Alex P. Tyler, Owner -Acme Conveyor The request was represented by Mr. Tyler and the plan showed the intended addition of an office requires a 20' variance in order to build it onto the present building line. The planned addition for the future will constitute 60% of lot coverage and the Zoning ordinance limits lot coverage to 50 %. Since the addition requires no additional parking or additional employees there was no ob- jection. Mr. Philips moved to grant the 20' setback variance and the lot coverage variance.
